By measuring a wide range of constructs across three main pillars (Manager Relations, Employee Experience & Inclusivity), the full-length Aktum Insights survey reveals valuable performance metrics for organizations of any size, in any field.

Based on the same platform, we’ve also designed Aktum Insights SE™, a short-form version of our flagship survey. Aktum Insights SE narrows in on metrics that are crucial to the success of executive candidates, identifying specific areas that leadership can focus on to improve organizational effectiveness as a whole.

Aktum Insights SE™ provides data on the current state of the workplace environment. With this data, CEOs will be able to understand how their direct reports feel immediately out of the selection pipeline. Additionally, management will be able to custom-tailer each transition period according to the specific challenges that CEOs will need to face.

With a better understanding of how employee well-being is distributed across different demographic groups and business areas, management can target 360s more effectively and efficiently.
